Have you begun your journey and need ongoing support? Our dynamic staff at Human Growth is here to help. Did you know that weight loss is not just a physical journey, but in large part a mental, emotional, and spiritual one as well? It is very common for most people to consciously or unconsciously have blocks to weight loss. We are here to help you identify and unlock those blocks in order for you to live your healthiest, highest, and best self.

We offer nutrition and wellness counseling with our Board Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant and clinical social worker, Miranda Dekker. In these sessions, clients can expect to learn about how to start a lifestyle change, healthy eating, and maintaining lifestyle change – all custom tailored to meet each individual client’s needs. In addition to this education and support, we offer individual counseling to help you work through emotional issues that may be preventing you from reaching your weight loss goals. Both Miranda and Michelle Mouhtis, an addiction specialist, facilitate a support and educational weight loss/management group. Group therapy can assist members in relating to others who are enduring the same issues in their weight loss journey as them, maintain accountability, and learn skills and tools to manage weight loss in an environment where members have shared goals.
